Nagano Ride scheduled to be held on October 12, but the entry deadline is 9/20!
Six people have participated so far, I'm really looking forward to it!
Well, there are some things that need to be prepared by then.
First, physical!
I don't think people who usually ride the city have never ran on the pass.
The pass is really hard with the fix!
If you compare it, the slopes that climb from Nakameguro to Daikanyama will last more than 10 km in a row.
It is an image that keeps rowing for about an hour.
When I challenged Mt. Fuji before, I didn't get any preparation, and at 3.06 of my usual gear
I ran as it was, but the climbing of the pass was harder than expected.
Tobias went with Mt. Fuji once raised the gear ratio to 3.4 and just before training over 100 km.
After doing about 5 or 6 times, returning to 3.06 and reaching the day, the speed of climbing was different!
So now I also commute 40km every day with a gear ratio of 3.4.
And rowing has been sealed for about a month.
First of all, it seems better to stimulate your body once with heavy gear and then start.
Then there are 4 remaining frames, but we are waiting for the entry!
The plan is 15 hours to Nagano. Let's do our best! !
Next time is the equipment required for long ride. Then ~
