Q. Are pedals and brakes included with the bicycles?

A. All our fixed gear bicycles come equipped with both front and rear brakes, and pedals. The total price includes these components, eliminating any need for additional charges.

Q. Is it possible to request a product not listed online?

A. We tries to accommodate such requests. Please do not hesitate to consult with us for your specific needs.

About Shipping

Q. Is it possible to ship bicycles to regional areas?

A. We offer Japan nationwide shipping. Bicycles are shipped in a partially assembled state, requiring some simple assembly upon arrival.
For those preferring a ready-to-ride option, please choose our full assembly delivery service.

About Orders

Q. Can a receipt be issued for my order?

A. Yes, a receipt can be issued. Please provide your name and order number when making the request.

Q. I haven’t received an email after placing an order. What should I do?

A. This may occur if the order was not completed correctly or there is an error in the email address. Please check your spam folder, as emails from our site may be filtered there depending on your email settings.

Q. Are students eligible to use the bike loan service?

A. Students with a stable income, such as from part-time employment, are eligible for the bike loan service. Minors may require parental consent or a guarantor’s documentation. Please note that high school students are not eligible for this service.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. Order cancellations for reasons of customer preference are generally not accepted. In cases where cancellation is possible, a fee of 20% of the order amount will be charged.
