Whether it's for in-store sales or online orders, every bike at BROTURES undergoes a comprehensive process: disassembly, pre-processing, cleaning, greasing, proper torque tightening, and adjustment. DISASSEMBLY
Every complete bike is meticulously disassembled before delivery for thorough inspection, ensuring there are no defects or issues.
PRE-PROCESSING
For custom orders, we enhance frame accuracy by tapping threads and removing excess paint, especially anti-rust treatment for steel bikes. Proper pre-processing is crucial for optimal bike performance and longevity.
CLEANING
We rigorously remove burrs, unnecessary oil, and dirt from cutting processes.
GREASING
We prevent seizing and rust on bolts and components using specialized chemicals for greasing. Anti-loosening agents like Loctite are also applied where necessary.
PROPER TORQUE AND ADJUSTMENT
Incorrect tightening of parts can lead to malfunctions. We use specialized tools for proper torque application and fine-tuning each component.
WHEELS
