This is a story about how my life has changed drastically over the past year or so, and I realized that fixie bikes are not just for everyone.

Up until now, I didn't have to ride for such long distances, and personally, my only choice was to use a riser for the steering wheel.
Pedals were either straps or toe clips, and the emphasis was on ease and fashion rather than speed.

Now I'm married and have moved.
My house is surrounded by steep hills, similar to San Francisco, and my commute has become longer.
Fixie bikes used to be more of a hobby, but now I'm looking for something more practical.

As a result, everything except the crank was changed.

In the end, this is the easiest to put effort into.
As I introduced in the staff bike check a while ago, Mitz and Ishida had similar specifications, but that was my influence! If you commute to work or ride a piste on a daily basis, I would like you to try it at least once.

And I also got new wheels.
The rim I've been using for about 10 years has finally stopped shaking and is no longer in service.
Desire? 's HED. is an item that I selected and purchased myself, so I'm already attached to it.
I was hesitant about F-RIM, but I like aluminum rims more easily than carbon rims.

I had no idea that wheels could change the handling so much.
Perhaps because of the high precision of the rim, the stability when turning the steering wheel and cornering has improved considerably.
I'm surprised that the stability of the steering is supposed to have decreased especially after dropping from the riser.
I think it's a really good wheel because it directly leads to less fatigue.

And the only one that survived this specification change was the DURA-ACE crank.
THIS IS SHIMANO has a solid NJS standard performance and an inatai design that gives off a rustic feel.
Personally, I like him better than SUGINO, but it's hard to get people to sympathize with him. .

I noticed that my car had changed in proportion to my turbulent personal life.
