Aiming for the fastest time in ENGINE 11 ...

Today I would like to check out a custom-ordered bike for a certain customer.
This was the customer's third fixed gear bike order, and the result was a perfect build.

The model we assembled was ENGINE 11's CRIT-D TEAM EDITION.
The design features a camouflage pattern carved into the gloss black.
Of course, I have also introduced it on YouTube, so here I would like to delve deeper into the parts that I would particularly like to draw your attention to.

ENGINE 11 CRIT-D TEAM EDITION FRAME SET ¥137,500-INTAX
This is what it looks like assembled.
This is truly a track machine that aims to be the fastest. Cool.
This product was made with the utmost attention to detail, and it took nearly a year from purchasing the frame to completing the assembly.

We carefully examined each part and made the best choice, and when it came to ordering parts, we made sure to reflect our preferences when making each one.
As a result, we were able to complete a very valuable vehicle.

We will pick out some such parts and introduce them to you.

RINPOCH × ENGINE 11 "R3230" CRANK SET ¥86,000-INTAX
It is no exaggeration to say that this is a superb double-name item that was made to be attached to this frame.
This is the classic R3230 from RINPOCH, custom ordered by ENGINE 11.

I also use the regular model, so let me tell you about its merits.
AL7075-T6 is used for the shaft and spider, and AL6061-T6 is used for the arm to withstand greater loads.
The shaft diameter is 30mm, which is large enough to maximize the power transmission.

Furthermore, a minor update has been made to this model, adding a nut on the non-drive side of the arm that allows for fine-tuning of the installation, allowing it to achieve even greater potential than ever before.
What was already good just got even better, which means it's the best.

As this is a special order, the design is also made to ENGINE 11 specifications.
The distinctive spider design is the ENGINE brand logo, and the arm features the names of both companies.
The chain ring is also from ENGINE 11, and the fine detail is apparent in the way it is hollowed out to resemble a Dogo.

BURGH BAR TAPE ¥5,500-INTAX
Isn't this design a little sneaky? I'm totally into this frame.
This pattern, which matches perfectly with the white cut-out design, can only be found at BURGH.

The brand BURGH is based in Australia and its biggest feature is that it offers a wide variety of bar tape designs.
We started carrying this brand because Fujimoto of Brosaka had personally purchased and used this brand at a motorcycle shop in Taiwan in the past.

This is an affordable and excellent bar tape that is soft to the touch and has good grip.
We are planning on restocking soon, so we will announce it on Instagram etc once it arrives.

BROTURES F RIM FRONT 50mm / REAR 58mm ¥52,800-INTAX
This is a special order model that was ordered at the last F rim order event.
We deliberately made the rim height different between the front and rear to improve the riding feel.
The design has a 3K gloss finish.

The hubs are a combination of American components: a WHITE IND T11 road hub 20H on the front and a PAUL track hub 24H on the rear.
The combination of road hubs and track hubs gives it a very fixed gear bike-like feel.
Both have a polished finish, so they look great together.

The advantage of using this T11 road hub is its light weight.
The shaft is quick release, so it is lightweight and the club is made to be long and light to begin with.
The rear PAUL uses bearings from a Japanese bearing manufacturer, so in a sense it is a reverse-imported part.
This bike is built to be tough and have a high rotation speed, so I think the ride of this combination is super smooth.

These are the custom parts that I would especially like to recommend.
To be honest, I would like to recommend all the other products as well, but if I were to write about them it would take me another day, so I will leave it at that for the blog.
