Thanks to our customers, I was able to get involved in various bicycles, and I think I was able to spend an exciting year. How was you in 2019? It was a year when it was a big change for me. It has been five years since I started working at BROTUTRES, and this year I was able to work from a store manager from the Osaka store manager and work from a different perspective. It was also a year that I felt that the exchange of conversations with customers and the staff working with me was very helpful. In the Osaka store, the staff had some replacements in the past year, but somehow there are some unique people, so we will do it in 2020 with a business style pushed out to the front. I wonder if the part of the person who is watching and the people who come to the store is a good shop in a bicycle shop. So please expect 2020. And recently, I'm doing a little bit of heat.
