So, I am overhauling this fixie bike,
The screws on the parts are also noticeably rusted.
If you've been driving your car for a long time, it's likely that it has been exposed to rain and wind at times.

To remove rust from such threads, use a rust remover to remove the rust one by one.
During the disassembly process, remove the screws that can be removed from the parts and carefully apply rust remover one by one.
Not only the screws but also the bearings of the head parts were rusted, so I made sure to remove the rust without missing anything!

This rust removal method may not be easy to remove.
In such cases, soak it in rust remover, rub it in, and test your patience.
But we will never give up! It will stand up again and again until the rust is removed.
Therefore, it will take some time for the overhaul work (lol)

That's completely different! We have succeeded in restoring the parts to their original appearance.
The oil stains that had hardened on the chainring teeth are completely gone.

Then, reassemble the disassembled and cleaned frames and parts.
This assembly is of course important.
By tightening the screws of each part that had come loose due to use to the appropriate torque and assembling the parts,
Restores driving performance like new!
People tend to focus on making things beautiful, but adjusting the torque, angle of the handle, and all the wheels,
We will reassemble it and return it to you. Someone said that reassembly is an overhaul.

This time, in conjunction with the overhaul, parts that were subject to heavy wear and tear were replaced with consultation.
The decals, BB, and saddle were severely worn out, so I replaced them with new ones.

The brake lever has also been updated to match the grip replacement.
