PHILWOOD 1-1/8" Headset "STAINLESS"

As you may remember, AFFINITY LOPRO, METROPOLITAN recently arrived in stock. When choosing parts, the first thing you probably hit upon is the head part.

Since the last rod, the head standard has been changed to EC34, which is a major standard, and the choice of head parts has become wider. Other vehicles handled by BROTURES also fall under this standard, such as LEADER's ANGELINO, TYRANT's LEGACY, and LOCAL BIKES' BLANKS.

I'm worried because there are so many cool, high-precision products like WHITE INDUSTRIES and CHRISKING. To be honest, all of them are doing well and each has its good points.

Among them, PHILWOOD is my favorite. Among these models, the cup is made of stainless steel. What's great about stainless steel is that it's sturdy.
If you saw my last blog, I was talking about toughness again. You may be laughed at. lol

It will probably last longer than the frame and will last a lifetime.
In addition, the bearings are packed with PHILWOOD grease. This also lasts a long time. Honestly, some people may think it's a little heavy when it's new. rest assured. Once you ride it, you will get used to it.

The cup is so precise that it overflows from your mouth. I think this can only be felt by the mechanics that are assembled, but it's truly amazing. My past self also grumbled on Instagram stories. LOL I'm seriously Mitchmichi. I want to show it to everyone.
However, it is necessary to properly prepare the frame to achieve accuracy. Please leave that to me.

In addition to the head parts, I also want to introduce the BB, so let's write about it.

There is also a stainless steel model of the BB cup.

Like the head parts, it is overwhelmingly strong. I can't get enough of this solid color that is unique to stainless steel. Compatible with GXP, Hollowtech II and various other cranks. When I use it often, I use SRAM OMUNIUM or Around MICHE PISTARD, SUGINO 75DD2 .

Like the head parts, the bearings are also strong, so you can use it for years without maintenance. I think this is a famous story. Even if the bearing goes bad, you can replace it and use it like new, so this is a part that can be used for a long time.

It's a shame, but I don't really take care of my own bicycle, or rather, I rarely open it because it's such a hassle.
